What Rangefinder Do I Use?
You must use a rangefinder when hunting with a crossbow. That's my belief, anyway. And you should be using one that calculates the actual distance as well as the "shoot as" distance--taking into account the angle of declination or elevation. My personal rangefinder model is no longer for sale but this is the closing thing to it (an updated version) and I love it. I use it every time I practice, and I use it every time I set up in a spot to hunt, whether from the ground or the treestand. And I use even if I'm familiar with the area! Consider buying it with this link--it will not cost you extra, but Death by Bunjie will get a small amount of the proceeds.
