Get to the Choppa! (Apologies to Arnold)

You can use a chef’s knife to chop your onions and peppers, of course.

Chef'S Knife

The Chef’s Knife is one way to chop your veggies…

If you're interested in a knife like that, you can check out this one. But this post is about another option.

”Get to the choppa!” I say that every time I use this device, much to the dismay of my family, LOL. The Original Vidalia Onion Chopper is a must-have piece of gear for your kitchen in my opinion! This is a quick way to dice up your veggies. You want to make Death by Bunjie Chili or Mountain Beef Stew quickly, don't you?

Take note of the measuring lines on the side of the container—pretty cool!

If you’re looking to dice up your peppers and what not really quickly and very fine, check out a food processor like this one. I really like spinning this a few times to chop up my peppers! Don’t forget to rinse it immediately if you’re doing hot peppers like I do—that way it won’t make all your other foods taste like peppers.
