Enter the Guide Gear Portable Game Hanger Tripod! I finally broke down in 2020 and bought one. This has an adjustable winch. You can lay the deer under it, and crank it right up. You can raise and lower it as you work, and move it where the light is for those late-night processing times.
Here it is in the yard, but we use it in the driveway with lots of light when the time comes!

Genevieve and I put this to good use in 2020, cleaning her first buck using this perfect tool. She cleaned the entire deer herself, moving the meat to coolers while I recorded a podcast episode! (I’m a big help, huh?)
